  • Used in internal reports and documentation
  • Shared with relevant government departments for action
  • Included in publicly accessible complaint verification pages (with your complaint reference number)

JKR Sabah may share your information with:

Processing time: We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

The App is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information.
